Tell us about your journey? After graduating with my MBA, I spent the next 8 years working with entrepreneurs in $1MM, $10MM, and $100MM companies. In 2015, having connected to a deeper sense of purpose, I decided that it was my turn to take the title of CEO and with that, I founded Mastermind Your Launch. As host of the Mastermind Your Launch Podcast, I interviewed over 100 startup founders and generated over 130,000 listeners per episode. I've hosted more than 50 events for Atlanta entrepreneurs and worked with over 400 clients on go-to-market strategies.  Called to serve women, I hosted the first W.O.E. Women Only Entrepreneurs event in April 2017. With a glowing response from a growing tribe, I've made it the primary focus of my service. Today, I galvanize unstoppable women through events and content focused on the science of building a business and the art of building yourself through W.O.E. events and a new group coaching program called the Deep Dive

What what's your favorite part of your day? When I'm getting ready in the morning and my 5-year-old son walks into my room to give me a sweet hug and tell me that he loves me.

When do you feel most successful? Personally - When I'm getting ready in the morning and my 5-year-old son walks into my room to give me a sweet hug and tell me that he loves me. Professionally - When I see women that I work with or that attend W.O.E. events fiercely going after their big vision and the work that they are meant to do in this world.

What do you do to recharge when you’re feeling drained? Self-care. Whether it's a nap, healthy meal, or a walk in the park, I've learned that while there is plenty to be done, taking the time to reset serves me better in the long run.

What do you know today that you wish you would have known when you first got started as an entrepreneur? Just how much support I would receive when I got into motion. We may think that we are in this alone, but the most beautiful surprise to me has been the outpouring of support and collaboration that I receive every day. It's one of the things I love most about the Atlanta startup community. It's also a big part of why creating a community for female founders to find the support they need means so much to me.

How do you optimize your day? Blocking, batching, and leverage. I have days dedicated to being in the office and others that are spent out in meetings or networking. I'd rather spend the entire day in one mode or the other rather than switch gears back and forth.

Who is the person/people who allowed you to imagine more? My mother. When I was young, she encouraged my dreams to pursue a career in dance. While my focus shifted, the belief that I am worthy of following my passion stuck with me. And ironically the W.O.E. events include a signature dance party, so I feel like I've been given a second chance to live out that dream, just with a twist.

What does imagining more mean to you and your story? Imaging More means to continually stretch the boundaries of your creativity and innovation. There's getting it done and there is surprising yourself with just how much you can do and how well you can do it. I prefer the latter.

If you could do more of one thing every day what would it be? Dance. Recently, I've averaged about one dance class a week, but to make it daily would warm my soul.
